I stayed at the W Ibiza in early September as a Marriott Elite member. When I first arrived, there was a mix-up and I was mistakenly given a key to a room that was already occupied. While it could have been a frustrating experience, the staff immediately handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. They were very apologetic, quickly reassigned me to a new room, and even offered complimentary drinks to make up for the inconvenience. What impressed me most was how proactive and accommodating the entire team was — they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay remained positive. Thanks to their responsiveness and hospitality, what started as a small hiccup turned into a great reminder of the W’s commitment to service. I left feeling taken care of and will happily return on my next trip to Ibiza.

Stayed 5 days Room was very compact size. Had to tell them to deep clean a few times to get to a reasonable standard. Shower door broken and not fixed for over 2 days. The attention to detail was not what we expected. I don’t want to leave a really negative review as the hotel did try to make things better on the last day whereby if we had this service almost then I would give 5 stars. Service - 3/5 could be more attentive especially at breakfast Breakfast choice as a vegetarian/ vegan - very limited. However, Chef Martino, must have made the best breakfast meal and followed my instructions exactly and I would say he made it better than me one of the dishes. Cleanliness - could do better especially the room Broke drinking glasses but they did not clean the room properly and found glass in the toilet even after asking for a deep deep clean. The hinges of the doors dusty. Room over looking a car park- not sure why when the hotel is not full they cannot give a room with a better view. Swimming Pool - lovely both roof top and main pool. Running out of towels one day was a surprise and not replenished even after waiting for over an hour. Pool staff very good. Ordered some food from the menu such as fries but they did not taste home cooked fresh fries. Some staff members were great and some were not so will not mention names. We would appreciate a 5 star service if buying into a 5 star hotel. The concierge was fantastic on food recommendations and really were helpful but hidden away. Location - excellent Value for money 3/5. I said to the GM I want to return as I am sure the hotel is amazing and the staff do try very hard to make things happen and it just be unfortunate that I had some bad experiences. Please note that the best part of the stay was some of the staff who tried their best for us to have a great time near the end and we met some amazing friendly guests where some if not all of the negatives were shared and discussed. Would we recommend it ? Yes Will you be looked after? Yes If you need anything will they help ? Yes (Just note that the valet parking is charged at 25 euros per night for the car which we were not made aware of at the hotel). Big thank you to the whole team from the pool cleaning team, the maids, the chefs, the managers etc… looking forward to coming back soon only because you made the last day special. Dear quality Manager do not respond with a standard response you have given to others. I think you should address all issues raised with the GM. Clean rooms would be the priority and breakfast service especially would be the key areas to look at.

Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations for a 5-star hotel. - The room does not match the website pictures: instead of a large sea-view window, we had two small windows facing a wooden wall. - Storage is completely inadequate for a week’s worth of clothes. - Housekeeping was inconsistent: the room was not cleaned even though we left at midday and only returned at 4pm. - The safe was broken; we reported it, but nothing was done. - The bathroom is dull and outdated, with very poor water pressure and almost no lighting. - Valet parking service was close to non-existent. Overall, the service and facilities are far from what one should expect at this level of hotel. A very disappointing experience.

Our trip to Ibiza was marked by the beauty of the island, but more so by all the staff we encountered at W, where we felt warmly welcomed, recognised and well-cared for by everyone we encountered, from Chantal and Lorenzo during our arrival, to Amalia and David, who we were both honoured to first meet during our Spa experience, and last but not least, Sebastian, who made sure our breakfast was spotless. Just back from a wonderful holiday in this hotel with my husband, my friend and her husband.Loved everything about it. Our room 415 was amazing, stylish, spacious, massive comfortable bed. The shower was fantastic and all the complimentary shower wash, shampoo and conditioner was lovely. Breakfast was included. Wonderful. Anything you wanted to eat. Food was fab. Had a pizza in the restaurant. Best pizza I've ever tasted. A must if you go. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Loved the comfy sun loungers at main pool and rooftop pool. Location great too. 25 mins journey to old town and San Antonio. Could go on and on.Will defo return.

Just had a great week at the W, a nice relaxing break with friendly and attentive staff, especially Samantha, who sorted out some minor issues for us, with ease and a smile.||We had a basic room which was fine. It had a super king bed, room to store stuff, tea and coffee making facilities. There was a bag in the room that was for sale rather than complimentary use, which caused some confusion, but as I say was sorted by Samantha. The pools were good with plenty of sun bed availability. One note is that after 1700 ish all the ground floor bars closed, apart from the Steps Pizzeria. Drinks were available on the roof terrace which also has a pool, however, and the views from there were great. Also, the minimum spend in the Yellow Fish Club, which applies if you want to use the sun beds seemed a bit overkill to me. ||The a la carte breakfast and service was superb, with plenty of choices.||The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Everything in Santa Eulalia was in easy reach. ||We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel to our pleasant surprise was absolutely great. In terms of staffing and service it was far better than other W hotels we stayed in. The staff were super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. ||Clientele at this hotel was also very good resembling more a quality boutique hotel than a large hotel. Felt positive for families and couples. ||Finally, the breakfast and service was great!

We didn’t stay at the hotel but went for cocktails which was an amazing experience, mostly down to Josh who went above and beyond. He made everyone around him feel incredibly welcome and is a very skilled mixologist. He listened to our preferences and made suggestions that were perfect for our tastes. We will definitely return!

I love the band. |Was at the W two years ago and decided to come back to celebrate turning 50. |Cab from the airport was about 20 minutes and let’s say 32 Euros. The staff greeted us with a smile and a glass of Cava. |Check in was a breeze, the room was WOW! Front Ocean view suite, no complaints, the view was amazing. |Everything was clean and comfortable, |“Photos in the review” |Rooftop glow bar was nice like the last time I visited, adults only with a full bar, fresh sushi and an infinity pool. The staff in this area were very nice and friendly, plenty of seating and leading up to the weekend they have a resident DJ from 6pm until 11:30. |Days at the main pool area are nice, with just enough space for everyone to enjoy and have some fun in the sun, although I did see people early morning claiming their spots near the pool. Service at the pool for me was also excellent, the pool area was clean, this was where the family’s gathered and had fun. Food and drink services were available at the pool, one of the restaurants, “SEU Pizza” had the best pizza ever. Parents! there was a life guard at the pool and on the weekends a DJ. |Breakfast was also great, I felt like even at the peak of the breakfast rush the staff worked like a well oiled machine, attentive and friendly bringing out your orders the way you wanted and in a timely manner. The breakfast food was good, they have several options to pick from. I was surprised to see chicken sausage on the menu. Breakfast is over at 11:30|If you want to head to the beach they have a area about 50 yards down from the main hotel that’s also very nice called “Yellow Fish beach club” it’s not actually on the beach but has views of the beach. |To end my review I have to say the W brand is consistent in service, cleanliness and customer hospitality. ||Thanks for an amazing start to my 50’s.

W Ibiza is a beautiful hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service, especially from Samantha. As a Titanium Elite member who travels frequently, I’ve experienced many hotels, but Samantha’s exceptional service genuinely impressed me. She is highly skilled at what she does and played a big role in making my stay truly memorable. On a side note, I also tried the Steps Pizza it was excellent!

I had an amazing stay at the W, room was excellent, loved the view! Pool was also immaculate with amazing food, definitely try pizza and burrata! All staff were so friendly and welcoming. But the part that really went above and beyond was the fantastic concierge team! They were total rockstars helping me secure reservations for Michelin restaurants prior to my arrival and ensuring I got tickets to events I was planning to attend. Maria, Sarah, and Carmen are phenomenal and really helped make my 40th birthday trip one of a kind! So grateful for all their help and support! Would definitely visit again!

We picked the hotel as it was in walking distance of a party we were going to in Santa Eulalia. We stayed for three nights. It was easy to get to from the airport. We were greeted warmly and offered a drink, which is a nice touch - and was accepted. The hotel was nicely designed. There were two / three pools - larger family pool area on the ground floor and rooftop pool and bar upstairs. Fantastic music was playing all the time, but wasn’t intrusive and added to the atmosphere. We booked the entry level wonderful room as we weren’t expecting to spend much time in it exceeded our expectations. Very, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, a la carte, which is unusual, but we really enjoyed it. Couldn’t fault the staff. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Santa Eulalia.

A truly magical experience at the W Ibiza! Right from the moment we checked in the staff at the W Ibiza made sure that out experience was seamless and enjoyable. Chantal checked us in and upon finding out that it was our honeymoon, worked with Lorenzo to upgrade our room and prepare a small surprise for us. Truly all the staff in the lobby were so excited to learn that we were spending out honeymoon at their hotel. Lorenzo surprised us with the small surprise for our room, along with some complimentary drink tickets to start off our experience. All of the staff were so helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met. Couldn’t recommend them enough! The room was gorgeous, the staff wonderful, an experience we won’t forget! Memories for a lifetime! The W in Ibiza provided us with the most Ibiza experience one could expect, while achieving the most important goal in hospitality- making you feel at HOME. Their staff went above and beyond in making us feel this way. Each and every member of the staff does their job with love. I would like to mention Zach and Rahim, whom I now consider my brothers. They went out of their way time and time again to care for our every need. Rosa and Marga represent the Wet deck with such smoothness and subtleness. Always with a sweet and soft smile. On the rooftop Miko and Lalo were fantastic. At the front desk was Delphine, whom entered our hearts forever. In the spa Katia was welcoming, informative and always with good vibes. Please provide a direct email for a senior member of staff who is willing to help and competent. Any emails of provided by your front desk are clearly not monotored. It has been 2 weeks and i have had no assistance. This is pathetic and frustrating. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The price point and service do not match at all

Kein Luxushotel Die Standard-Zimmer sind klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt einen winzigen Schrank mit 4 Bügeln und zwei Schubladen (eine davon bei uns defekt) im Bad waren wenige Handtuchaufhängungen vorhanden und manche defekt. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine Karte mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Gerichten. Wir haben also 7 Tage genau das gleiche gegessen (und dabei die gesamte Karte gegessen). Hier fehlt Abwechslung. Am Strand gibt es keine hoteleigenen Liegen. Gegen Gebühr können welche von einem Anbieter geliehen werden. Für uns den Preis nicht wert.

The Rooms!!|Extremely badly designed. How not to configure a hotel room. No shelving in the toilet. Why? Could be for towels, sanitary items etc…|Cushioned seat where the curtains gather. Reduces view so pointless. Over sized chair. Unnecessary. |Gap between cupboard and wall. Scruffy and looks shabby. |Sink in the corridor. Why narrow the corridor even further. |Solution:|Put up shelves in the toilet area. (Easy and cheap (e&c))|Put hooks on or side of the main door (e &c)|Get rid of curtains and put blinds. |Get rid of oversized chair. Pointless||Keeping comments constructive. Hope someone reads this. Still staying here for a week.

Had a great experience at W Ibiza because of the concierge Maria Gorgoni. All her suggestions were great and truthful. She steered us away from tourist traps. Great customer service, checked in with us every morning. Made our stay at W very enjoyable.

We stayed at W Ibiza in late July 2025 and had a fantastic experience. As Platinum members, we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived—Delfina at reception was especially warm and made us feel like family. The team added a few thoughtful touches to the Marvelous Suite that made our stay feel extra special—something we’ll keep between us and the incredible crew. We loved the sunset views from the rooftop, and the poolside sound system was excellent—great sound and a chill vibe that really set the mood. The location in Santa Eulalia gave us easy access to the marina, a great mix of local restaurants, and made it easy to charter a boat to Formentera. Already looking forward to returning next summer with the kids.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sehr beeindruckend. Eine Möglichkeit um nasse Bademode auf den Balkon zu trocknen fehlt leider. Die Mitarbeiter von Rezeption, Housekeeping und die Bellboys sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

We recently stayed at W Ibiza and, while the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, the overall experience did not live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The service was disappointing—staff lacked attentiveness and professionalism—and the breakfast was poor in quality. Considering the high price point, the value simply isn’t there. A stylish property, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience.

Diventato il mio hotel di riferimento, lo stesso conserva a mio avviso lo stile moderno di W in un contesto piuttosto “isolato” dalla movida e dove ci si può (anche rilassare). A mio avviso potrebbe essere necessario introdurre delle fasce “adult only” per permettere di godere a pieno l’esperienza di una clientela adulta. Cibo ok, prezzi in linea con lo scenario internazionale. Struttura con grande potenziale, forse ancora da esprimere globalmente.

AVOID THIS HOTEL Poor customer service. Double booked room terrible replacement room. Very small room absolutely no offer of change of room for what we had paid alot of money for. THEN TOOK 1.4K deposit, had the nerve to add our £700 overpayment to our room credit we didn't want. WALKED OUT OF HOTEL BY 9AM AFTER FIRST NIGHT. AVOID THIS MONEY GRABBING HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. STILL NO MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WAS AGREED REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT AND ROOM CREDIT WHERE IS MY MONEY. As of today 15th July STILL NO REFUND OR RESPONSE FROM THIS HOTEL

We had a great stay at The W in Ibiza. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well-designed. Our room was minimal yet very comfortable, with a great view overlooking the pool and a partial view of the sea. Breakfast was included and had a great variety—plus the staff throughout the property were kind, helpful, and professional. The pool area was surprisingly never too busy, which made it even more relaxing. The location is also a highlight—right on the boardwalk, perfect for an evening stroll. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Absolutely PATHETIC experience. Warning each and every one of you reading this review to not stay here no matter what. This has been the worst experience of mine out of all hotels i have ever stayed in across the globe. The team is unprofessional , arrogant and lousy, the service is below average. The property is not as fancy and sophisticated as a Bonvoy W property should be, the food is below average too. The rooms are worn out and ridiculously overpriced, i was treated in a horrible manner despite being a bonvoy gold elite member. I regret staying here and want to warn everyone to not fall for this scam. Right from before checking in until all the way even after checking out, all i faced was unprofessionalism, from fraudulent charges to unprofessional behaviour, to not honoring reservations, name it all. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER was choosing to stay here during my time in Ibiza, please dont make the same mistake as me. Do not waste your time , money or holiday, W Ibiza will royally destroy every bit of it.

What a fantastic hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and can’t recommend enough. The food we had here was great and the service was one of the best I have seen from a Marriott group! Everyone was so helpful and would always go above and beyond for you! There was one American guy however I didn’t catch his name but it really made us feel so welcome and would help with anything we needed! We can’t wait to book our next trip and come back!

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! We are regular visitors to Ibiza and have stayed in a few W hotels in various cities. Couldn't fault this hotel with anything! The location of the hotel is great. It's next to the beach, has great transport links and close to the town and all amenities. Evrry single member of staff were a delight to interact with. Special shout out to Martina who was absolutely amazing helping us with our check in process and took her time speaking to us and sorting our room out for us. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need 😊 W Ibiza you have done a great job with your staff members and they deserve all the credit and praise for the work they do 💯 We had the wow suite and it was stunning! One of the best I have stayed in at W hotels. The property and rooms were clean and tidy, very beautifully decorated. The rooftop pool and bar are just perfect, with amazing views of the surrounding areas. Breakfast was also spot on with a wide array of options to suit every taste. I for one will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Ibiza, cannot wait already 😁 thank you Martina and everyone else for making our stay super special ❤️

We had been looking forward to a five star experience of our hotel only to be let down our room wasn’t cleaned on two of our 7 night stay on both occasions we had to ask for it to be cleaned it was cleaned on the first occasion but the second occasion when we arrived back to go to bed it still hadn’t been cleaned I think it’s very overpriced for the service you receive it’s a shame cause we had a lovely holiday it just wasn’t as good as it should have been and for that reason we won’t stay here again

Can’t say enough about this amazing spot. The food was always amazing and the rooms were comfy. The shower may have been one of my favorite things about the hotel room. But Marinela at the front desk was an absolute super star. She made sure we had everything we needed from check in to check out and helped us with several issues unrelated tot he hotel stay that we could not have solved without her help.

Pure bliss at W Ibiza – finally, a hotel that gets it. From the moment I arrived, the service was on point — friendly, intuitive, and effortlessly cool. The crowd? Chic, relaxed, international, and refreshingly down-to-earth. The design of the hotel is gorgeous — modern, playful, with just the right amount of Ibiza flair. The rooms are spacious, beautifully styled, and (this is big for me) you can make them completely dark — a true gift if you care about sleep. By day, the vibe is calm and easy. Or, if you’re in the mood, you’ll catch some fantastic house sets by the pool — not the usual tourist trash, but real grooves, played by proper DJs. The food? Amazing. Fresh, creative, beautifully plated — and never boring. The pink-mirrored gym is adorable and surprisingly well-equipped. The spa? Pure zen. This place feels like someone took all my hotel wishes, filtered out the cringe, and made them reality. W Ibiza is exactly what I look for when I travel. I’ll definitely be back.

Viaggio di lavoro Ho pernottato qui 2 notti e mi sono trovato molto bene, camere molto belle e pulite e sopratutto struttura bellissima con accesso “diretto” alla spiaggia. Essendo un viaggio di lavoro non ho potuto usufruire molto dei servizi al suo interno se non la palestra che devo dire ottima per un hotel, ha tutto il necessario.

Superb stay here with my wife. We had a slight hicup on the first night where our shower didn't work which was a minor inconvenience. But the staff took care of it and moved us to a new room. They also offered my wife a free massage and dropped us a bottle of bubbly, very nice touch. The food is great, the location is right on the beach and Santa Eulalia is beautiful. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property right on the beach with a beach club and many restaurants. Spectacular hotel but even better is the extremely service oriented staff that go out of there way to provide an exceptional customer experience. Ich habe ein verlängertes Wochenende im W Ibiza verbracht und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und neben den gängigen Produkten wie Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel und Body Lotion gab es sogar Gesichtswaschgel. Das Frühstück war a la carte und man hatte die Möglichkeit verschiedene Gerichte von der Karte zu bestellen. Von Pancakes, über Egg Benedict bis hinzu English Breakfast war alles dabei. Zudem gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria im Hotel. Sowohl die Pizza als auch die Pasta waren sehr lecker. Ich würde wieder ins W Ibiza gehen.

Estuve unos días en W Ibiza y la experiencia fue increíble. El hotel tiene un diseño moderno, con mucho estilo y un rollo muy especial y particular. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares, y todo el ambiente transmite lujo moderno. El personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento (¡un saludo a Nara y a Juanma!). Las habitaciones están cuidadísimas y son muy cómodas (la cama es otro nivel). Y el desayuno… una maravilla. Es a la carta, lo que hace que la experiencia sea mucho más personalizada, y además incluye fruta de temporada, todo súper fresco y bien presentado. Sin duda, un sitio al que volvería sin pensarlo. Perfecto para desconectar, recargar pilas y disfrutar a lo grande.

We recently stayed in one of fabulous rooms at W Ibiza. One of the connecting rooms stank of sewage for 4 consecutive days. The manager came and visited the room and apologised and sent engineers to fix it everyday. Finally they offered a partial credit over email for the inconvenience. It’s been over a month they have not paid the credit nor responding to my emails following up on the status. Very disappointed as a Gold member of Marriot I expect better and consistent experience

最悪な宿泊でした。建物は買収したホテルを改修して使っているだけと聞いていたので、ある程度貧弱なことは予想していました。ただ、醜いのはスタッフの対応です。フロントでは予約の確認作業をしながら、私用電話で平気でゲストを待たせることが日常的です。朝食の予約でも何度もスタッフ側がミスをしました。しかし、一切の謝罪はありません。極め付けはチェックアウトの際に支払う必要がない費用を計上されていたことです。修正を求めると、スタッフはとても面倒な態度で、何度も私が悪いかのように迫ってきました。我慢の限界を感じました。絶対に利用してはいけないホテルです。

It was our first trip to Ibiza and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is a stunner. Considered design throughout and the rooftop pool will blow your mind. The food was perfection too. What really elevated our stay and trip was the reception staff- we relied on Laurie heavily and she is wonderful. Their recommendations really made our experience of Ibiza truly unique- from beaches to restaurants and everything else for that matter. We had emailed with requests in advance and the hotel delivered. We were really spoiled and we'd go back in a heartbeat. Before I never understood why people went back to the same place year after year, but after staying here I get it. The highest recommendation.

L'hotel W Ibiza és espectacular. El personal és extremadament atent i et fan sentir a casa des del primer moment. Les habitacions són grans i còmodes. A la nit, es pot sentir una mica de soroll de música de fora. Vam utilitzar l'studio i la ewow suite per un esdeveniment i són espais molt ben dissenyats i cuidats al detall. L'espai per esmorzar no és molt gran, però el menjar és correcte.

Je suis passé au W lors de mon séjour à Ibiza. J'avais envie de voir l'hôtel et ses commodités. J'ai été accueillie les bras grands ouverts. L'hôtel est magnifique. Le rooftop... wouaw. On ne sait pas où s'asseoir tellement la vue est belle à 360 degrés. Un grand merci aux employés qui m'ont guidé, servi un verre... Ils etaient tous si souriants professionnels bilingues anglais... Et un chaleureux merci spécial à Lore de la reception avec qui j'ai pu échanger un moment. Merci pour les explications du fonctionnement beach club. Je sejournerai au W Ibiza la prochaine fois soyez en sûrs.

Such a cool hotel, great location really clean and decent enough food. The only 2 points of complaint are they charge €200 euros a night as a deposit for resort fees, which is really high considering much larger hotels charge less, and some of the staff just seemed a bit rude. Putting those 2 points aside, I would come back, it's a great place to chill and the beach is right outside. Rooms are comfy and the showers are really nice.

Hace poco me vi obligado a quedarme en este hotel porque mi monociclo de tres ruedas decidió que era el momento perfecto para pincharse en medio de la nada. Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue la entrada: un vestíbulo decorado con cuadros de gatos vestidos como caballeros medievales. El recepcionista, que llevaba un sombrero de vaquero y una camiseta de Pikachu, me dio la llave de la habitación mientras me ofrecía un cóctel extraño con un color que no lograba identificar, pero que decidí beber por pura curiosidad (error mío, aquello sabía a mezcla de hierbas ibicencas y piononos). La habitación... bueno, al entrar, me recibió una lámpara con forma de flamenco gigante y una cama redonda que giraba con solo tocarla. Intenté acostarme, pero el movimiento me mareó tanto que acabé tumbado en el suelo, donde descubrí que la alfombra era de peluche, lo que me hizo sentir como si estuviera durmiendo encima de un oso gigante. A los cinco minutos, llamaron a la puerta: el servicio de habitaciones me traía, sin que yo lo hubiera pedido, una pizza con piña y chistorra, acompañada de un batido de lentejas. En ese momento ya no sabía si me encontraba en un hotel o en un sketch de comedia surrealista, pero el hambre pudo conmigo y le di un bocado a la pizza. Sorprendentemente, no estaba mal, aunque no podría describir el sabor sin sentir que estoy faltando a la verdad. Al bajar al comedor, me encontré con que estaban celebrando una especie de bingo, pero en lugar de números, sacaban ingredientes de ensalada y quien ganaba se llevaba un aguacate de premio. Me uní, claro, y aunque no gané, me dieron un vaso de leche con hielo como premio de consolación. No pregunté por qué, ya estaba lo suficientemente confundido como para hacerlo. En resumen, fue una experiencia tan bizarra que estoy seguro de que no la olvidaré nunca. ¿Volvería? Solo si mi monociclo decide suicidarse otra vez. Gracias, Sebastián, por el servicio... único, por decirlo de alguna manera.

I have very mixed feelings about W Ibiza: the hotel definitely stands up to the brand's quality of service and reputation. Staff are going above and beyond and premises are very well maintained. I hope that with time W can embrace island's authenticity through ambiance, decor, music and cultural events, as currently it has very little Ibiza vibes and could easily be anywhere in the world. Beware of a significant hold on your credit card, as you check in. Unlike other hotels, W places a hold per each night of stay, not per stay. So the longer your booking, the larger the hold... quite an inconveniemce during a vacation. In my case, a duplicate hold was placed "by mistake" and still not released after the check out.... depriving me more of a $1200 I could have spent during the vacation.... but now I am back home still waiting for the hold to clear.

What a beautiful Hotel with wonderful service! Everyone from the Valet, concierge, restaurant and bar staff were amazing. We were well taken cared of with a beautiful room. You really do get what you paid for and my expectations were highly met. My wife and I had such a great experience and we have decided when we come back to Ibiza, we will stay at the W. It’s a nice distance away from the busy city. We loved visiting HiIbiza and Ushuaia for partying, but it was nice hopping in our rental car and driving back 15-20 min drive back to W. Loved the daytime chill house music for the pool and relaxing vibes throughout the facility. Used the GYM once and was impressed with the equipment, best out of all the Hotels we stayed around for our Eurotrip. Breakfast eas included with our room and it did not disappoint! Rooftop pool and bar was so fun and relaxing with a wonderful staff that was so friendly to talk to. Thank you for a great time and expect us to come back!

We had a pleasant week at this ideally located hotel. The welcome was very warm, and we were delighted to find a welcome card and a toy for our cat upon arrival. The staff is friendly and considerate. The facilities are well-maintained, the decor is refined, and the cleanliness is excellent. The restaurants, including the pizzeria and Yellow Beach, offer good quality dishes at reasonable prices for the area. We are considering returning next year.

The location is great. Many nearby restaurants. Either on the sea front or slightly further in. We booked the room and breakfast. The breakfast selection was fantastic. In addition you could order an omelette or eggs royal for example. I would suggest you train your staff better, specifically the younger nervous ones, they made constant mistakes like bringing the wrong drinks and food to your table. The staff here however were very smart, professional and friendly. I was impressed really impressed how when you arrive they immediately come to assist with luggage and then help you up to the room and talk you through the facilities in the room. Other issues we encountered; we called Room service for a bucket of ice which never turned up.. and my own hand towels & hair towel wrap was taken by mistake by the cleaning staff. I spoke to the hotel on 3 occasions asking for them to be returned, but I didn't get the impression they really cared at reception, and I was told they would be impossible to find amongst all other towels belonging to the hotel. It's just more frustrating than anything, because now I have to replace these at my own cost. Again, friendly staff (shout to Angelo), and also the effort the hotel went to, to apologise after an excursion recommendation went horribly wrong. I would not come back to stay.

We spent four nights at the hotel in one of the higher level suites. Firstly the positives. + Loved the location. Right beside the beach, with great views from many parts of the hotel. + The interior and exterior design are very suited to the place. Contemporary, classy and fun. The property is very photogenic. + The room was comfortable, with a large bed, all the bathroom amenities you could need, plenty of towels, great shower, and a very large and usable terrace. + The staff at breakfast, lunch at Steps, and evening drinks at the rooftop bar Glow were all friendly, helpful and professional. In addition the food and drinks were of a good standard, with a decent variety during our stay. + The music throughout the day was again, well suited to the overall vibe of the hotel, and added to the atmosphere. Some of the live DJ sets were excellent. Now the Negatives. - The service at the main pool was really variable. Of the several orders we made throughout our stay, only once did the correct items arrive in a timely manner. On every other occasion, either the order was completely forgotten and had to be retaken, or there was a mix up. I would suggest a more robust ordering system (perhaps QR codes with numbered loungers). This is a high end property with room rates to match, and the service was just not in keeping with the hotel and the service we received elsewhere on site. - Some maintenance issues. Again at the pool, several of the sun parasols were damaged and could no longer be fixed in position, making it impossible to get consistent shade. In the room, there were multiple lights that didn’t work. We reported one of these and it was replaced in a timely manner, but the others would have required more extensive repairs and we didn’t want the disruption. On a room costing several hundred a night, nothing should be broken. - Housekeeping seemed very busy. Only once was our room serviced before well into the late afternoon. - The beach club, which is in the process of being renovated, was not open throughout our stay, despite it being heavily advertised on the Marriott website when we were researching our trip. I understand this was due to government permit / admin issues and out of the hotel’s control, but was still disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would reiterate that the W Ibiza is a fun place to stay on the island. But it isn’t perfect, and given the rates being charged, we think the management could do better at being more present, more visible, and supporting the team to provide a more consistent service.

Great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious with all comforts. The particularly refined and particular style. It has restaurants, 2 swimming pools, bar, billiard room, spa and gym. The beach is 20 meters away. We took advantage of the romm service and enjoyed an excellent pizza. A 5 minute walk from the center and the harbor.

The ENTIRE W Ibiza staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Those bartenders at the wet deck and on the rooftop bar were amazing with their service. When I told them I was leaving after a week, my gal jumped up and gave me a hug! The whole hotel has a vibe to it that makes you feel like you’re at a party. Drinks were good and food was spectacular. My only complaints were the cold (unheated) pool and the music. I was two seconds away from asking to take over the turn tables myself. But everything else was AMAZING!!!! Smack dab in front of the ocean and those gorgeous views ❤️❤️

Great stay - in a quaint marina side town. Easy taxis to the clubs 30 euros to Pascha, 35 euro to Hi - the hotel is beautiful throughout. Modern rooms that were stylish and just the right size if planning to spend most of the time out and about. Very comfortable bed! Both pools are great. Enjoyed hookah on the rooftop bar :)

Great move by the manager. We wanted to have lunch (as not-hotel-guests), because of a misunderstanding we thought we couldnt park there - but manager heard our conversation, interrupted his lunch, followed us and parked our car then even personally. Of course thats just a small anecdote - but it says a lot about the true meaning of hospitality. We were guests in the years before, even invited familymembers - and to keep it short: one of the best places in IBZ (people, rooms, vibe etc). Especially for families.

Love staying at W always. The service was outstanding. If you had any issues, they were taken care of within 10 minutes. All staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room was a bit small for a family, and so was the entire ground. For example, there is no play ground near the hotel. Additionally, you have to spend an extra 30 euros to go to Ibiza city. The pool was nice, and the beach was right in front of it.

A bit undecided about this hotel. I loved some aspects but some others were just ok. The staff were trained to offer high quality service and the decor and design is pleasant and beautiful. It was mainly a matter of "where were all the people who were staying at the hotel?!" One of the highlights was the daily breakfast, great options, good cheeses and cold cuts, and a great egg menu (to be ordered separately and not buffet style). Alcohol and fresh juices cost extra which is normal. The rooms were a bit tiny and we got one overlooking the staff parking lot, I didn't book an ocean view room but was definitely not expecting this either. The amenities were great, a bit tight to maneuver around the sink and make tea or coffee, but space is tight on this island :)) walls were thin and we woke up a few times from drunk people noises going to their rooms 4am. And the bathroom door wouldn't stay open, I know some people complained about privacy and no locks, I on the other hand would prefer a door that would stay open as there was no window or natural light in the bathroom. Restaurants were great but people were sparse. We know many were staying at the hotel as breakfast was very busy but the rest of the day they disappeared. Especially with Glow Bar which was very beautiful and had an infinity pool, I was expecting a bigger crowd but sometimes it was just the two of us. It was mid to late September but the weather was still hot. Seaside service was great and shared among a few hotels. Beds and towels were ready and the beach was clean and nice. It was a good stay but I'll choose a different hotel if I come to Ibiza next time to experience a different setting and crowd.

What a great hotel - great location, amazing design and interiors, fantastic staff. I really loved the breakfasts with a nice buffet and a comprehensive à la carte menu. I ended up ordering eggs benedict every day because the poached eggs were perfect. Staff were professional and motivated. Special thanks to Claudio, Enrique, Pau, and Inés. Also to Raquel - the senior manager who doubled up as the best driver 🙂. It says something about how happy the staff are when the breakfast chefs are sining to themselves as they plate up during a busy service. Room design is amazing, W is super stylish with nice areas for a flop or a drink. Five stars all round, just super.

PIZZERIA DEL HOTEL: Nos tuvimos que levantar y marchar sin cenar. Pedimos pizzas para los 4 y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando la camarera nos dijo que debido a que amenazaba lluvia y el horno está al aire libre, lo iban a cerrar. Todavia no había empezado a llover pero pregunto al cocinero y nos confirmo que no podía servirnos. Fuimos solamente a probar las pizzas que recomiendan en tantos sitios pero creo que el restaurante no estuvo a la altura y no hizo ningún esfuerzo para dar un servicio rapido de nuestro pedido ya que estábamos sentados y nadie nos avisó en la entrada. No me pareció profesional. Lo siento, no volveremos.

This is a top hotel! Just returned from a 5 night stay with my wife and honestly think this hotel has some of the most attentive staff I have experienced. The pool area is clean with a really chilled vibe, the rooftop bar is a bit more upbeat with stunning views. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good size shower room. There's plenty of good bars and restaurants along the strip, literally as you come out of the hotel. Breakfast was good - not conveyor belt standard of food, you can order a good variety of things in addition to the buffet style layout. Good chill area in the main lobby with swinging sofa's and often a DJ playing. If you are looking for somewhere that you can hit the party scene when you want to, but then get back to a bit of upbeat luxury / chilled vibe, this is the hotel for you.

Para ser un hotel de 5* deja mucho que desear.....en las habitaciones no había limpieza.... la gente que trabaja allí estaba más pendiente de las propinas que de dar un buen servicio..... en el dsy.... un desastre.... tenías que pedir el café 3 veces..... no estaban atentos.

Stayed here for a week. The ups: Lovely, attentive staff (big shoutout to the amazing ladies managing the sun beds at the beach and the breakfast staff), best location in Santa Eularia with a very good beach and sun beds that are free for guests, extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, nice pools and pool beds, very comfortable beds, great views. Gym looked great, but I was too lazy to go. The downs (although nothing major): Room service could be a little more attentive: coffee sometimes wasn't replaced, milk was never replaced during a one week stay, once they forgot our water in the evening, dirty cups and glasses weren't collected on one occasion, empty products weren't replaced until we flagged it. Shower and water tap had some issues (water was often burning hot). Rooms could be a little bigger. For the price, these things shouldn't happen. Overall it was an excellent stay though and I will visit again.

The hotel is located in the more relax and quiet area. Good for families to enjoy. Their breakfast is very good quality and lots of options. Service team are attentive and friendly. We got a basic room which didn’t really a good view but it doesn’t matter too much if you spend more time by the pool or the beach.

Cambiamos de habitación a una un poco más grande pero la cama parecía un sillón cama para ingresar era por los pies !|La ubicación inmejorable !! Te dan tumbonas y sombrillas gratis !! Muy buen hotel, muy confortable, a pie de playa. Buena atención y todos los servicios necesarios. Tienen parking con aparcacoches por 20€ al día. Hay posibilidad de hacer late Check out en caso de haber disponibilidad ese día preguntando el mismo día de la salida. La localización es muy buena ya que está en la playa de Santa Eulalia cerca de absolutamente todo y a 20 minutos de Ibiza en coche. Tienen dos piscinas, una abajo tumbonas y cama/asientos acolchados en las escaleras que van desde la piscina a una de las entradas al hall. Y otra piscina en la azotea, ambas con bar con todo tipo de cócteles. Disponen también de tumbonas en la playa propias del hotel y gratuitas para los huéspedes. En hall tienen un gran espacio con sofás para sentarse o poder trabajar en caos d e necesidad. Tienen otra gran sala escalonada para eventos o disfrutar tomando algo con barra y una mesa de billar. El bufet del desayuno un 10, todo de alta calidad. La carta de es lo único que se me hizo un poco corta ya que eché de menos platos más sencillos. Para cenar tienen un restaurante de carnes que abre desde las 19 y a la hora de comer también hay pizzas de muy buena calidad hechas en un horno especialmente traído de Italia. En las habitaciones tuvimos todo lo imprescindible incluido una plancha a vapor. Todo el servicio del hotel fantástico. Y la limpieza y atención también impecables. Volveremos.

What a wonderful hotel this is! We were staying nearby (end July 2023) and used to visit Steps and watch the world go by. Outstanding service from Telmo, who always made us feel like celebrities, always the warmest welcome and went over and above to cater to our requests. Thank you so much. Definitely not bad. Both the pool area and, in particular, the indoors bar have the potential to be great. The issue is that, as it’s quite far, I doubt it ever gets full which is a shame. We stayed there for two nights as a detox after a few nights of carnage and, for that purpose (chill and recover away from the mayhem), it was decent. The gym is ok too.

Si te sientes cómodo pagando 10.50 euros por un triste té y un café, el Steps es tu lugar. Desde luego, no el mío. ¿Un lugar agradable? Si, pero agua hervida, es agua hervida... Our stay at W Ibiza was truly incredible! would recommend to anyone- theres truly something there for everyone! The Operations Manager, Telmo- whom we met during dinner at Fire- was part of the reason of our unforgettable experience at W. If we had any questions, he would be more than ready to help us. He was very kind, funny, and most importantly, a warm, bright soul- whenever we saw him, he would warm our hearts and we had the most amazing time. Thank you for everything Telmo!! But Telmo wasn’t the only member of staff to enlighten our stay at W. The reservations manager, Estefania, was so very helpful and kind to us- all questions regarding booking were immediately answered by her. Many thanks Estefania. Apart from the 2 staff members mentioned above, all of the staff were amazing and so helpful during our stay. They were part of the reason for one of our most amazing holidays up to date- thank you to everyone.

Second visit to the W Hotel Ibiza, we loved it so much we came back for our honeymoon. We stayed in the Marvelous Suite which was absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, stylish, so comfortable and the huge terrace with a sea view was a lovely bonus. Staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Pools are always immaculate with attentive staff. The Glow Bar is a brilliant place to chill out of an evening. I'm sure it won't be our last visit 🌴☺️

Mixed experience. Rooms showed multiple defects (leaking A/C, not properly working shower, etc). Todo estaba bien hasta decidí arreglarme las uñas en el spa, súper caro, 285€ por hacer las uñas y un masaje en los pies que no lo sentí, en las manos estuvo mejor pero desafortunadamente me dejaron las uñas horribles ni en los chinos me las habían dejado así. Mal limadas, deformes, y mal pintadas como si me hubiese pegado plastilina. Horrible

Service was outstanding as it always is at most W hotels. All the staff here were very friendly & social. Everything was great here the only bad thing I would have to say about staying here is the taxis. You are looking at a minimum of 30-35 euros each time you need to get to old town Ibiza. If you have a rental car it’s no problem. If not you will run up a hefty taxi bill. Great views from the rooftop here I witnessed one of the greatest sunsets I’ve ever seen here.

This hotel was everything we were looking for and more when we visited the island of Ibiza. We did not have any interest in staying in Ibiza Town around all the partying but wanted somewhere that was lively where we could experience the island. This was it. The views from the rooms were perfect, it was slightly secluded but had access to the town via a short distance down the board walk along the beach. The rooms and service was absolutely fantastic. We actually had the best drinks and food inside the hotel at the restaurant/bar. The staff was so friendly and professional. To top it all off, we had access to our own private cabanas right on the beach! Perfect place for a couple or even a family to get away and not get sucked into the typical reputation of Ibiza. Not saying it’s quiet and boring, it had the perfect balance between relaxation and opportunities to get a little crazy. Highly, highly recommend!

Después de un paseo por el hall, la piscina y demás estancias cenamos en el nuevo restaurante Fire.||Promete una combinación de sabores con productos km0, usando su punto fuerte, las brasas.||Desde luego, cada plato es especial y te ofrece una experiencia única, pero la berenjena con salsa de jengibre es un must. My wife and I spent 8 wonderful nights in June 2022. The service and friendliness is outstanding. The bellboys are extremely welcoming, and all the staff from check in to room service to breakfast to bars and restaurants. I'm a Bonvoy Titanium member and the breakfast is included for me and my wife. The presentation and quality of the breakfast is one of the best I've seen. Just delicious. I used my suite nights and got the room with the pool for all 8 nights. It was absolutely amazing to have the room with own private pool. The terrace and pool is completely private, nobody can see you there. The sun is there during the morning and until afternoon. As a Bonvoy Elite I absolutely can recommend the Hotel, I can guarantee they will do the best to accommodate any whishes and room preferences. It's up to availability, but they will definitely do their best. It's a rather small Hotel with just 160 rooms and completely booked over the season, which is no surprise. They even just open for the summer months and are closed over winter. The Chiringuito is the restaurant right at the beach and has excellent service. You can relax there on a sunbed or at the lounge. Night time there's a party in the pool bar and after midnight the crowd is moving to the own club "Below", which is next to the pool. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Overall a big miss… For 500€ (or more) a night you would expect something outstanding. And yet, service is ridiculous: I had to wait 30min for an espresso one morning and 1hr for a lunch by the pool another day. Moving onto the room, it just doesn’t feel luxurious at all and the shower door is poorly designed so all the water gets out. Last but not least, there’s MOSQUITOS EVERYWHERE! They are all over the pool area, inside the hotel and in the rooms (coming from the ventilation?!). Put some repellent around for god’s sake! The only thing that saves this W is the location and the inner view from the pools.

Hotel bellissimo a 5 stelle di design ubicato a Santa euralia a 10 minuti dal centro di evissa .le zone comuni sono favolose sembra di essere in un film . La mia camera affaccia sul mare e la piscina . Breakfast a 6 stelle e servizio top . La piscina e molto grande e tutto intorno ci sono i lettini grandi e comodi. Inoltre attraversando una porta ti trovi direttamente sulla spiaggia ( non attrezzata ) . L’hotel non dispone di spiaggia privata . Bravi

Good place I’m a titanium membership with MARRIOTT Those guys upgraded my room to a sweet and I really would like to thank the night shift manager. I don’t know what his name but he’s one of the best and the concierge they do their work professionally they gave me a good deal for renting a car. The most beautiful hotel in the world. No words can describe the beauty of this hotel. It feels like coming home every time you are greeted by Alejandro Nico or Carlos at the entrance. As well as the warm check in from Celeste and Alejandro. At breakfast Federica even remembered what my favorite breakfast was last year. Spectacular. I would stay away from this hotel! Horrible experience with the front desk staff and manager at this hotel. My review is similar to several people. I wish I had read it before booking. The only pros were the valet, and the bartenders. I was given a disabled room which is not what I booked ( downgraded as I was told this was the only room available and they will move me to a better one once available, didnt happen) and the shower floods the room floor ( the hotel knows this problem, several guest before me complained without fixing it).. I wanted to extend book a suit (hoping that this may turn around) and change the room but the front desk told there are no availabilities and I had to leave the hotel next day ( I checked the bonvoy app and there were rooms available and told hotel staff that but they denied and still said there is no room available and that I had to leave. I booked it anyways via application to see, and I did get it confirmed) the same front desk who told me to leave and check out due to no availability acted as if nothing happened and I was checked in by another staff member (no apology no citrusy, nothing) The manager even was worse. front desk supervisors with highly unprofessional attitudes argued with me literally in the lobby in front of people checking in. These people don’t recognize ambassador or Lifetime Titanium Elite status and are extremely rude/unprofessional and may act rasict to certain nationalities ( weird to find in developed countries). Have stayed in Marriott’s and other brands all over the world and never been treated like this. managers and front desk are terrible. There a tons of other hotels in Ibiza that will treat you with respect I would recommend 3 or 4 star hotel over W ibiza in terms of quality and professionalism

...and God said to the people of ibiza: "I'm going to build the best ever hotel that blends in perfectly with the earth and sea of the island". And with my own eyes, I saw this. The hotels theme is "chic, hippy era ibiza, modernised" themed and caters for those who are done with the doof doof and want to dance in the calm, sea breeze spanish style. The room corridors are underwhelming, but there's a story to "why" as well! This is the perfect resort getaway for matured ibiza peeps that want to relive their past only at their pace. A "bucket list" property to see! Thankyou for the experience!

Not worth the price. For €700 per night (in September) doesn’t offer what you would expect from a W (which usually are fun, couples oriented, and upscale). 1- It doesn’t have its own beach umbrellas, so they have an agreement with Chiringuito Blue, across the street. The problem is: A- you have to bring towels from the hotel (and return them at the hotel) and B- the ladies at the umbrellas doesn’t give you the first line umbrellas because they are NOT part of the agreement!?? So, even at 10AM with the beach empty, we didn’t get the front row beach umbrellas/beach beds. 2- The hotel is full of families and kids. Somehow all the other W I’ve tried are adults only (even when they don’t advertise them as such)… so, since there is kids involved, there are no pool parties like other W (like the Barcelona one). 3- 90% of the rooms look to each other and the pool. So, unless you have the roof top suite, you will barely if nothing, see the sea… and actually, you will need to have your curtains close all the time so the front building doesn’t see you. Won’t be back.

I spent over 2 weeks in 4 different hotels in Ibiza Nothing compares to the W Ibiza the work force is like in Haven from the bellboys to the reception and the bartender to the spa crew the rooms are super comfortable and you will never hear no as a answer. Everyone has a excellent English and a perfect understanding it’s one of my last nights here I just don’t wanna leave🤣 I wish I could rate this place more then 5*. Ps the staff are like family here Do your self a favor get the best for the best thank you for the stay Sol levy

Wir waren einen Abend in der Glow Bar und empfanden es als mega Abzocke! Der Wein wird in Plastik-Bechern/Gläsern serviert zu einem Preis von 14! EUR pro Glas! Purer Touristen Rip-OFF! Keine Empfehlung! Wir kommen nicht wieder. Ibiza hat Top Rooftop Bars wie zb das ONE in Figuretas wo der Wein im Glas zum Preis von 4,5 EUR serviert wird und man einen wunderschönen Meer Blick hat.

Really wouldn’t recommend staying at that hotel. The room was dirty, the cleaning was not done one of the two nights. They always try to overcharge so check your receipts before paying.

Sehr tolles Hotel mit überaus netten Mitarbeitern, welche den Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl und es ist auch möglich beim Kellner ausgewählte Speisen frisch zu bestellen. Auch das Zimmer hat mich überzeugt. Sauber und modern eingerichtet mit großen Balkon. Es hat mich jedoch gestört, dass es kein Turndown Service gab.

Una experiencia maravillosa. Pasamos alli una noche y solo puedo dar las gracias por el trato recibido. El desayuno increible, el diseño y limpieza de las habitaciones perfectos y la amabilidad y atención de todos sus trabajadores intachable. Estuvimos en pleno agosto, con el hotel lleno, y en ningún momento notamos saturación. Disfrutamos de la piscina de la azotea sin apenas gente. Muy recomendable!

Me gustaría explicar la situación ya que no me hospedé en el hotel… fui a un evento de moda y mi sorpresa es que pido 3 Mojitos, por llamarlos de alguna forma!! 3 hielos grandes, gaseosa o sprite, mucha hierbabuena pero de Mojito tenía nada … cuando digo nada es que ni azúcar le habían puesto……. 3 Mojitos 54€ en vaso de plástico!!! 18€ cada “imitación de mojito” Una auténtica vergüenza para un hotel supuestamente de 5 estrellas… pero siempre está la frase de “esto es ibiza”.. vergonzoso

Accedimos informando que íbamos a subir a la terraza de arriba del hotel con nuestra perrita pomerania y muy amablemente nos invitaron a subir. Nuestra sorpresa fue que al subir y darnos la bienvenida e invitarnos a sentarnos donde quisiéramos ,una vez sentados la camarera traía agua para nuestra perrita, al segundo llega otro camarero y nos dice que el encargado por cierto muy mal educado nos dice que NO podemos estar con perrita y nos invitan a irnos. Todo esto teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel que dice ser pet friendly. TODO UN ENGAÑO, o se admiten perros o no se admiten.

Soggiornato una notte a luglio. Alle 3.30 del pomeriggio camera non era pronta e ci hanno assegnato una camera disabili con vista parcheggio( la 423) Il bagno oltre ad avere sanitari e doccia per diversamente abili era anche difettosa. Dopo qualche minuto di doccia l acqua andava verso camera e non bagno allagando tutto. Abbiamo richiesto un servizio housekeeping extra per limitare allagamento camera e non e mai arrivato. Al check out non ci hanno nemmeno chiesto come era andato il soggiorno. In piscina tanti bambini che giocavano a palla incuranti degli altri ospiti. In questi casi un manager dovrebbe intervenire e richiamare i genitori alle loro responsabilità . Questo era il mio quarto W hotel e dopo le belle esperienze passate mi aspettavo altrettanto. Deluso

The hotel Is beautiful but the service is poor for the price you pay. At check in at 3.30 pm They gave us a disabled room without telling us. The shower was not working properly and the water goes everywhere in the room After a couple of minutes of shower. I think the room They assigned us should not be sold. We requested a couverture service for dry the water and replace the towels that we used for this problem and nobody came. At check out They don't even ask how was our stay. Not value for Money

The hotel was great, people very friendly! The only problem is the 'post service', for our company we needed an invoice, we informed the hotel before arrivinf about the details. Almost 2 months later, probably 30 phonecalls later and some emails later...I received an email with the invoice, incorrect....the sum of the totals wasn´t correct and there was no invoice number. Every day employees told me that someone would contact me...unfortunately they didn´t. So still no correct invoice before closing the quarter. A pity that such a great hotel is making promises and lacks in keeping their promises.

Definitely way below Marriott Luxury and W standards :( AC just stopped working on the second day I stayed three nights at W Ibiza and was disappointed by the quality of services. As a titanium elite member, I got free breakfast, welcome gift (snacks). Staff was hiding upgrade options from me. After asking politely they offered me to wait until evening to get room upgraded even if seven room types were available online. No elite lounge available at all. Another fight was for GUARANTEED late check out. I had to escalate it to the hotel manager twice to get this arranged. Manager apologized and blamed high peak season. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel :(

We went for a short holiday and I must admit that I couldn’t find any fault with the hotel and service. The room was immaculate and well designed and I love the view from our room. On the first night, we went to the club at the hotel and I was very impressed with the DJ that performed that night! It was so good and we didnt get back to our room until 3am. The next day we went to the hotel spa for massage and facial. The best 90 mins and so glad we did it there. After reading reviews about the restaurant at the hotel, we decided to try it on our last night. The food was amazing, especially the steak and the waiter was so attentive and helpful. Overall I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay with the W hotel. Great hotel, service and staffs!

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner 2 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel, chambre spacieuse au décor moderne et bohème. Literie extrêmement confortable, l’ensemble est un savant mélange de chic et bohème. L’ensemble du personnel est disponible et accueillant. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux et variés. J’ai aussi eu l’occasion de tester leur spa pour un massage détente, ambiance zen et contemporaine, expérience visuelle et olfactive au top. N’hésitez pas et faites vous plaisir !

Hotel is okay, staff service not great. Turn down service forgets to refill something different every day and crazy disgusting shower smell was only fixed after I asked for it multiple times.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We booked this hotel via British Airways and my partner called the hotel in advance to say we were celebrating a special event. The hotel staff are amazing. Upgrading our room to a sea view. Decorating the room for us and including daily treats in the room. We are Marriott Titanium so your mileage may vary, but we did ask politely and expected nothing, but hoped for the best. The team here are fantastic.

Geweldig hotel, ook met (kleine) kinderen. Super locatie, veel restaurants in het hotel of op loopafstand. Team was heel behulpzaam en maakte ons verblijf nog fijner.

Wow, what an amazing stay and experience. The quality of service is 5* level. Every single W employee made me feel like home. I am a Titanium member and stay at many Mariott hotels worldwide, but this team at W Ibiza is just amazing. Thank you to Celeste & Manuel for being so nice and welcoming during the whole time and especially at the check in. Thanks again for the beautiful room upgrade. Thank you also to Giorgia and Maria from the W Insider Team who tried everything to make our trip even more special. If you stay at the W you must definitely try the breakfast. It’s insanely tasty! I would recommend to rent a car, in order to be more flexible. I can’t wait to come back 🙏😊

Marriott Bonvoy elite members PLEASE read this and stay away !!!! Horrible horrible horrible experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. My review is basically the same as Ryan’s below. And I wish I had read it before booking. The only pros were the valet(Alejandro), the cleaning staff and the bartenders. We flew to Ibiza for a birthday trip and over a month in advance requested suite night rewards upgrades and then upon check in was told that I was denied. So the room we were expecting to receive was not available. They said they were going to upgrade me as courtesy, yet the room we were given must have been the worst in the hotel. It was extremely small and the balcony was facing someone’s house and backyard and alley, where I could hear children yelling all day and men cursing in Spanish. Not my idea of a luxury vacation experience in Ibiza. I kindly requested to leave the hotel the same night and I was told everything was fine and that I could leave without issue in the morning. The next morning two front desk supervisors with highly unprofessional attitudes argued with me literally in the lobby in front of people checking in that they refused to do a waive the cancellation fee due to their “policy” and rudely saying they were giving me a convenience of not charging me for my entire stay. I then escalated to the GM who gave the same aggressive attitude and said he would “investigate” and if I was given the wrong information that he might waive the fee. I called Marriott Bonvoy who also called the hotel and explained that I shouldn’t be charged the fee and they still refused. I filled a complaint with the district manager but who knows what will come from it, if they are anything like the front desk staff here. These people don’t recognize Lifetime Titanium Elite status and are extremely rude/unprofessional. I would implore elite Marriott members to please read this review before booking and stay away. Have stayed in Marriott’s all over the world and never been treated like this. There a tons of other hotels in Ibiza that will treat you with respect and are much cheaper.

Das W Hotel Ibiza ist nur (fast) komplett fertig und geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und in einem Ibiza Typischen Style eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist Teilweise zwei geteilt oder in einem extra Raum je nach Zimmer Typ. Die Suiten sind einfach nur der Hammer. Du hast einen super Blick aufs Meer und denn normalen Pool. Das High light ist aber der Roof Top Pool und die dazugehörige Bar. Beides wurde erst 2021 eröffnet. Es ist einfach ein Traum ein super 360 Grad Blick über die Region bis hin zu Formentera. Das Essen und die Getränke sind gut, abends gibt es sogar einen Sushi Meister der auch sehr gut ist. Tagsüber legt am unteren Pool ein DJ auf und Abend im Roof Top Bereich. Im Frühjahr oder bei schlechtem Wetter legt der DJ auch im Lounge Bereich im Hotel auf dieser Bereich ist wie ein Atrium aufgebaut.||Das Frühstück hat sich zu letztem Jahr sehr stark verbessert und ist wirklich sehr gut geworden. Man sollte es aber mit Buchen, da es sonst sehr teuer ist.||Der Fitness Bereich ist hoch Modern und groß. Selbst bei Corona konnte man ihn gut nutzen. Für Eltern mit Kindern gibt es auch einen sehr guten Kids Club. ||Ich habe oben ja geschrieben fast fertig, damit ist gemeint das der Hotel eigene kleine Club noch nicht offen hat. Ich hoffe das dieses in 2022 geschehen wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Viele von ihnen sprechen sogar Deutsch. Ich habe mich jeder Zeit wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich muss dazu sagen ich war diese Jahr 4 mal in in diesem Hotel! ||eigentlich muss ich alle Mitarbeiter loben, aber die Jungs vom Park- und Kofferservice waren der Hammer. So schnell und immer egal zu welcher Zeit freundlich und gut drauf. Sie haben sich auch schnell an jeden Gast erinnert.||||Für bonvoy Member: Ich habe immer ein schönes Upgrade bekommen. Frühstück war für Ambassador Member kostenlos. WLan war gut und kostenlos.

We read excellent reviews about W Ibiza and decided to spend one week there. Everything that we read, about great breakfast, excellent elite recognition, fantastic roof top bar, very good responsiveness of the stuff to every small request that you might have and brand new fitness center is true. We had also no issues to find free sun-bed around pool and we cannot confirm that there were issues with not enough sun-beds being available. They made their best to make our Fantastic Suite ready for early check-in, being greatly appreciated after long flight. The view from our Suite was even better than expected, as some reviews were warning about restricted views that Fantastic Suites have. We were able to enjoy nice view to pool, promenade and Mediterranean see and spent nice time at the balcony. Finally, we got 4pm late check-out, meaning that if they could they will honor the request, and this is what matter the most and why we would definite come back.

Fabulous experience on our 3rd and final visit to W Ibiza in 2021. Location, hotel facilities, food/drink offering, room, cleanliness and amenities all top-notch however it's the amazing hotel team that continues to encourage our return visits (already booked for 2022) - every single team member (cleaners, bar staff, reception, breakfast team etc.) provides a warm and sincere greeting and this continues throughout the stay.

Der Empfang von Carlos war schon toll, unser Taxi fuhr vor und er kam sofort heraus und nahm unsere Koffer, wir erhielten einen Willkommengetränk direkt beim Einchecken und fühlten uns direkt auch willkommen. Die Atmosphäre war sofort sehr angenehm. Die Mädels am Empfang waren super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Liegen direkt am Strand sind super. Der Blick von der Rooftopbar ist sensationell.

We love working at the lounge and the pool bar - wifi was excellent for conference calls. The hotel is well situated in front of the beach and had a free car parking. Overall an amazing W Ibiza experience… highly recommended.

W IBIZA W is for Wonderful Best hotel in Ibiza, exceptional service from the entrance, receptionists, bar attendants, and everyone in the hotel. Beautiful decorations as everyone expected in a W hotel. Rooms are amazing, beds are comfortable. Bars in the room as well as much needed Nespresso machine to wake up. I enjoyed working in the balcony overlooking the waters.

Beautiful hotel, staff okay. The Rooftop Bar could have better drinks. Take care with “Fantastic Suite”, because there are some with a very restricted view on the balcony. Great breakfast. The area around is nice for family. I can use SNA. No late check out (the recepction called me at 12:05, so fanny).

For the following reasons my overall review rating is 'average'. At check-in I was told that we were upgraded from a 'wonderful' to a 'fabulous' room. I was a bit suspicious and requested the receptionist to give us the biggest room. She replied that the 'fabulous' room was bigger and had a better view (pool and a bit of sea view). When entering the 'fabulous' room (21-23 sqm) I immediately saw that it was much smaller than the 'wonderful' room that I had booked online (36 sqm). We went back down to the receptionist and explained the problem. We were told that the 'wonderful' room that I booked was not (yet) available but we could use the upgraded room in the meantime. There were no real apologies for not having the booked room ready. Later in the evening we were eventually given a 'wonderful' room... for disabled people. However, it was much bigger and had a lovely view on the old city. Moreover, there was no vis-à-vis from the other rooms like in the 'fabulous' room and we were not bothered by the poolside music from the DJ. There was no shower curtain available so each time I took a shower the bathroom looked like it had been flooded. There was a Nespresso machine but no decaffeinated coffee cups were provided. A water kettle was also available in the room but no tea bags. There was no light on the balcony so one had to sit in the dark in the evening. Outside, there was an annoying sound of water dripping from a floor above. This leakage had already resulted in peeling paint on one of the walls of the balcony. The pool was long and had an original shape. However, the water was rather cold and with staircases at both ends it was not ideal for lap swimming. Towels were not on the sun beds so one had to ask them each time at one of the staff members. The breakfast room was rather small fur such a hotel and it was overcrowded as a result. The buffet was, for its price, not at all impressive and the choices were rather limited. We were only able to get a coffee after more than 30 minutes waiting and asking it three times. Also for an omelette one had to wait 20 minutes. After this experience, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel.

W Ibiza is very modern and full of good music. The hotel has modern hippy interior design and there are very nice touches every where. Check-in is super fast and all the requirements are met immediately, such as sunbed or restaurant booking. I was welcomed with 2 free of charge cocktails voucher. I had a free of charge upgrade to a suite which I appreciated very much. I love my spacious room, the pool lounge area and every night DJ music in the rooftop. The staff was very attentive all the time.

Très bel hôtel chic et moderne à la fois et haut en couleurs. Personnel accueillant et agréable, toujours disponible, jeune et dynamique. Coté Suite Fantastic, franchement rien a redire, très propre, spacieuse, très bien équipée., vue sur mer et terrasse, le seul bémol manque un peu de lumière pour le soir. Le petit-déjeuner, très bien lui aussi, que des produits frais tout les jours. Bravo.

Best W I've been to so far. First of all I have to compliment the amazing and super welcoming staff! We visited all venues of the Hotel several times and I just had a exceptional experience. The sushi in the Glow Bar was seriously good. Shout out to the 2 Suhsi chefs Alberto and Amica (sorry if I spelled it wrong). We had a room with a private pool and it was wonderful!

Amazing hotel and the staff are definitely the greatest asset. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to help. The hotel has a boho vibe, modern and clean. The room was lovely with great sea view and specially decorated for our anniversary with photos and messages. The pool was great with big comfy beds, music from DJs and the food was great. There's no question, this is a luxury hotel. Striking design and everything's really well maintained. Food and drinks are excellent. Highly recommend "The Yellow One" drink. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They even change the floor mats in the lift to say "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" etc. And this is one of the few hotels I've been to that gave us a late checkout until 3pm. But there are some quite annoying design decisions in the rooms. For example, some of the rooms have a basin in the room instead of the bathroom. Personally, I like to have some private time in the bathroom and find this pretty inconvenient. They moved us to another room thankfully (special thanks to Hugo). Another annoying design decision is no locks on the bathroom doors. I have no idea why they did this. The designer has obviously never had a toddler. Also, no-one wants to be walked in on when they're on the loo. And no-one wants to announce to their partner every time they go to the loo so that they don't get walked in on. "Darling, I'm going to the loo so please don't come in. Due to the spicy dinner last night, I may be some time." Very romantic! There's music playing throughout the hotel all, day, long. And it gets louder and louder as the day progresses. Loudest at night up until around midnight and sometimes beyond. If you're there to party then you'll love it. If you're not, it might annoy you. And if you want to get to sleep before midnight or 1am, bring some earplugs. Yes, I'm not in my 20's or 30's anymore - can you tell? Beach loungers are managed by a different company and very hard to come by. You need to book them well in advance.

My husband and I are Marriott Ambassador and Lifetime Titanium members. We have stayed over 1,200 nights in Marriott hotels around the world. This hotel is a beautiful property and the bell, bar, and housekeeping staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, don’t expect a great deal in terms of recognition of your loyalty status at this property. Even as ambassador members using suite night rewards, we were not upgraded to the best (or even second or third best) room available. There were three categories of rooms over ours, all of which sat vacant for the duration of our stay rather than us being upgraded to those. We asked and were told those categories of room were “ineligible” for upgrades. Additionally when requesting a 3pm checkout we were given a very hard time, with, Igor, the manager arguing with us and eventually acting like he was doing us a big favor by granting the request. We really didn’t appreciate the attitude and willingness to argue with guests - something we found unusual for a hotel manger of such an otherwise pretty property. In fact, the last email he sent us was so argumentative, we didn’t even respond. It’s because of that, we are leaving a poor review. My advice would be to lower your expectations if you are Platnium, Titanium, or Ambassador staying here.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans des W, à Bali et à Miami. Et on retrouve tout le côté bohème chic d’Ibiza et de la marque W dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes très à cheval sur l’hygiène et de ce côté là, rien à redire, tout est au top, le hall, les piscines, les chambres. ||Nous choisissons souvent le W pour la nourriture et le confort des installations. Encore une fois, c’est une réussite : les restaurants proposent de très bonnes viandes, de belles salades detox et le petit déjeuner est soigné même s’il est évidement moins varié qu’à Bali, vu la plus petite taille de l’hôtel. ||Les plus de l’hôtel, le rooftop au top, la nourriture, le service (chambre à disposition pour les départs tardifs), les bouteilles d’eau et serviettes à disposition pour les sorties, le parking gratuit. ||Petits bémols : il faudrait dire à tout le monde de porter le masque au petit déjeuner et aussi offrir du champagne à l’hôtel pas du cava en cas de souci de chambre. Dopo qualche disguido avuto a causa dell’ hotel completamente full nella settimana di ferragosto sono stato particolarmente colpito dal manager e dallo staff del||Ricevimento di come hanno risolto la questione facendo sentire il cliente comunque importante . Bravi !

Uno de los hoteles con má propuesta de la zona de Santa Eulária en Ibiza! Con dos piscinas, una en el rooftop con servicio de bar, y otro bar con un estilo y arquitectura magníficos!

Wibiza est un hôtel très agréable doté de deux piscines dont une en roof-top adult-only. Il y en a donc pour tout le monde! Le personnel y est très agréable et la décoration est splendide. On y dort très bien et la vie y est douce. Parfait pour le repos et la détente.

Wow! The W Ibiza is absolutely amazing. We loved and enjoyed our stay so much. And for sure we will return to this hotel when we come back to Ibiza. You can expect the most friendliest and kindest staff, they are helpful with anything. They treated us so nice, even surprised us twice with a lovely surprise in our room. They printed photos from us and hang them in the room and even gave us a bottle of nice champagne. The interior design at W is super unique and special, it's very cozy and luxury. The whole building is so beautiful. The rooms are big and contain everything you need while your stay. Each room has a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy free coffee in the morning. The breakfast was another suprise, they had simply everything, from healthy to sweet. Also amazing options for vegans / vegetarians. The hotel pool is also amazing, there is a nice DJ and you can order amazing food. We went swimming everyday, in the pool and also directly in front of the hotel is a beautiful beach. The location of the hotel is great. Also 3 nice restaurants and an amazing rooftop bar with music and cocktails and sea view. Honestly it was the best hotel we have ever stayed and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you to the whole team at W hotel. We'll see you soon. The Twins.

Best room decor from all the hotels we've stayed at on the island (Oku, Hard Rock, Montesol). Good breakfast. Rooftop pool is fantastic. We paid £613 for a Wonderful Room with breakfast which I think it's excessive. I would expect to pay that for a room at the Belmond not the W.

La localisation est top, la vue depuis le bar est canon, le staff est serviable et très aimable. La chambre est joliment décorée et très confortable, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I came for the Day Pass 'Wet Deck' so can only speak to that service but of that's anything todgo by then this hotel is a must stay. When you enter the hotel, you're immediately greated by someone and the take your details and warmly wish you a good stay. Once you're at the Pool Area there are 2 Day Pass options. 1 to stay at the main pool with DJ (€70) - this area was more popular with families and older couples and entitles you to €50 to spend on food and drink. 2 to stay at the Glow rooftop bar and pool that's adults only €100 - this entitles you to €70 to spend on food and drinks. I went for the 2nd as I was traveling solo and wanted an adult only environment. Option 1 is still really good! At Glow (rooftop bar and pool) there is a great choice of cocktails and food that you can view via the app. The wait staff are attentive and very friendly - prompt with drinks too.i would recommend the avocado salad with burrata and a The Yellow One mocktail or a Watermelon Froze Cocktail. The beds are comfortable and the views are great. On the lift down another member of staff hoped in and asked me if Id had a good day - which I had. They acknowledged I looked like I was going out and asked if I'd like a bottle of water to go. A small gesture but it was the little gestures like checking in and making sure you were comfortable that makes you feel good about this place. I am now very much looking forward to booking a future stay at the W.

Fizemos uma escapadela a Ibiza durante 5 noites no início de Agosto. Embora a cidade continue atrativa, percebeu-se que ainda não acordou completamente da Covid-19, sendo que o espírito de “sempre em festa” ainda não regressou.||Escolhemos o Hotel W Ibiza para ficarmos e desde já podemos dizer que esteve muito aquém das nossas expetativas e, assim, vamos tentar fazer uma avaliação pormenorizada para que outros clientes habituados ao luxo que normalmente a brand W oferece não sejam apanhados desprevenidos como nós fomos.||Reservámos o W Ibiza através de pontos rewards Marriott Bonvoy e Suite Night Awards. O hotel fica a cerca de 30 minutos de táxi do aeroporto (preço 35 euros cada sentido), localizando-se em Santa Eulália del Rio, em frente à praia, apenas separada desta pelo passeio marítimo. A propriedade é recente, mas resultou da recuperação do Aparthotel Orquídea que aí havia previamente. Embora não consideremos que os materiais aplicados na renovação sejam de qualidade nobre, reconhecemos que tenha sido conseguida uma arquitetura contemporânea e de acordo com o espírito da brand W. Infelizmente, apesar de recente, a restauração dá sinais de imperfeições várias, tal como fissuração em várias paredes e pavimento. As áreas comuns baseiam-se no conceito de open-space, sendo utilizadas as escadarias como assentos, repletos de almofadas coloridas, que lhe dão um toque final “cozy”, mas de um modo nitidamente barato. ||A planta do hotel tem o formato de um V, o que faz com que muitos dos quartos estejam voltados uns para os outros, tornando-se algo indiscretos. As duas piscinas principais ficam “entaladas” entre os dois corpos do dito V. Cremos que foi a solução possível que os arquitetos tiveram com um resultado engraçado, mas não formidável. Aqui situa-se o Wet Deck, onde se pode desfrutar do ambiente esperado para um W, com música selecionada por um DJ residente e também relaxar na piscina em confortáveis espreguiçadeiras e ter refeições ligeiras ou desfrutar apenas de um cocktail.||No entanto, o nosso local de eleição foi o rooftop, onde se situa o Glow Bar, que tem vistas soberbas e uma extraordinária infinity pool. Pena que o local encerre às 20:00 aos domingos, segundas e terças-feiras, sendo que apenas nos restantes dias se possa permanecer até às 00:00. Também aqui comemos alguns snacks e apreciámos alguns cocktails. O menu do Glow Bar é idêntico ao do Wet Deck. Embora a variedade de bebidas disponíveis seja enorme a oferta de comida é muito limitada. Também aqui o ambiente é muito “cool”.||No dia em que chegámos ao hotel, o check-in foi rápido, embora ninguém tenha aparecido quando saímos do táxi para nos acolher. Foi-nos oferecida água fresca e 2 cupões para usarmos em 2 cocktails ao nosso gosto, nos bares do hotel. Fomos acompanhados ao quarto com amabilidade e foram-nos dadas as explicações necessárias acerca da propriedade.||O quarto atribuído foi o #209, apelidado de “Fantastic Suite”. Desilusão! Uma anedota! De suite, na realidade, só mesmo o nome! Desde logo ficámos arrependidos de termos usado as nossas Suite Night Awards neste quartinho de 28 metros quadrados. A cama King tinha um colchão confortável, mas ficava entalada entre paredes, o espaço de estar não estava realmente separado da zona de dormir, como anunciado, e a casa de banho era mínima, apenas com uma cuba de lavatório, praticamente sem bancada e apenas com um chuveiro, sem banheira. Os produtos de banho Bliss e toalhas eram de boa qualidade, mas o papel higiénico era péssimo. Os cabides dos robes estavam posicionados de modo que quando estes estavam colocados roçavam o caixote do lixo. O roupeiro do quarto era ridiculamente pequeno. O AC trabalhava silenciosamente, mas na primeira noite não conseguíamos dormir por este não arrefecer adequadamente. Chamámos um técnico ao quarto que chegou à conclusão que o problema não era dali, mas da programação informática central. Assim, lá foi resolvida a questão e passada cerca de 1 hora conseguimos adormecer. Da pequena varanda tinha-se vista para alguns quartos em frente, piscina, passeio marítimo, praia e mar. Os toldos coloridos existentes nas janelas dos quartos são um apontamento elegante. No quarto houve água e Nespresso gratuitos e repostos diariamente. O serviço de housekeeping foi apenas razoável. O serviço de turndown diário não foi feito uma noite, quando dele mais precisámos e quando exatamente foi pedido através do chat online. Criou-se uma situação muito desagradável quando reclamámos, pois foi-nos dito que o serviço não tinha sido feito por termos o Do Not Disturb posto na porta, insistindo sempre nisso, embora tenhamos a certeza que das 19:00 às 23:00 este sinal tenha sido retirado. Imagine-se que inclusivamente nos disseram que tinham tirado uma foto da porta do quarto... Verdade? A que horas tiraram a foto?... E era a porta do nosso quarto?... A propósito deste facto, devemos dizer que a maioria dos elementos do staff do hotel desempenham um serviço excelente, mas há outros que nem tanto, nomeadamente este elemento que utilizou um tom na conversa, parecendo, no final, que os hóspedes é que tinham sido culpados pelo turndown não ter sido feito!... Pior do que a falha, foi perpetuar a falha com mais falhas! Apesar de tudo foi-nos oferecido o turndown por volta da meia-noite o que obviamente recusámos dada a hora tardia.||Outro dos pontos negativos são os corredores estreitíssimos da zona dos quartos, quase impedindo a passagem quando há carrinhos de housekeeping.||No restaurante La Llama tomámos todos os dias o pequeno-almoço buffet, o qual foi de boa qualidade, mas para um hotel dito de luxo não compreendemos que não se possam pedir alguns tipos de ovos a gosto, como por exemplo ovos Benedict, sem ter de pagar um extra. Relativamente ao funcionamento do buffet não nos sentimos muito confortáveis por, em tempo de Covid-19, todos os hóspedes se utilizarem dos mesmos utensílios para se servirem.||A praia do hotel tem também alguns procedimentos que são surpreendentes e que não condizem com serviço de luxo. Por exemplo, apesar das espreguiçadeiras estarem incluídas na tarifa do hotel, estiveram sempre todos os dias todas reservadas, tendo nós ficado suplentes dia após dia e apesar de termos feito marcações desde o dia da nossa chegada ao hotel, não podendo ter acesso às espreguiçadeiras da praia antes das 11:00 da manhã, mesmo que estas estivessem todas vazias... As espreguiçadeiras em si são confortáveis, mas os funcionários servem os clientes sem máscaras de proteção!... A praia não é limpa adequadamente, tendo-se acumulado montes de algas no areal.||Jantámos uma vez no Chiringuito Blue e desfrutámos da refeição e do anoitecer. Apesar de um de nós fazer anos e o restaurante ter tido conhecimento não houve uma especial atenção por parte deste. O hotel deixou alguns balões e postais no quarto para lembrança do dia.||Apesar de um de nós ser membro Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy não se sentiu qualquer personalização nem deferência no atendimento. Nem sequer o requisito de um quarto em andar superior foi atendido (o nosso ficava num segundo andar), estando o hotel longe de uma ocupação completa... A Marriott Bonvoy tem de cuidar melhor dos seus clientes fiéis e de longa data, pois são os alicerces da companhia e deve prestar atenção aos seus hotéis que a isso não atendem. Os membros Elite não devem ser encarados como um peso, mas sim como um sinal de prestígio para o hotel que os recebe.||Em suma, achamos que o W Ibiza, embora tenha um conceito atrativo e boémio, não tem instalações nem preparação suficientes para disponibilizar o luxo que a brand W exige. Por isso, caro leitor, pense bem antes de reservar para não sair dececionado como aconteceu a nós. O W Ibiza pede demais para o que consegue oferecer! This is a very new hotel but they haven’t worked well on outdoor lighting around pools and roof top bar. No ambiance and could do so much better. Food choice is limited and the Ve Cafe so poor in service and food quality. Couldn’t even understand what is gluten free or lactose free etc for a vegan and healthy cafe. Just a shame. Nice pool area for the daytime and close to beach. The needed to have more going on and show people the gym, spa etc. Just didn’t have an edge on other hotels I’ve stayed in Ibiza
