Muy decepcionada, me hicieron manicura y pedicura en 21 minutos dejándome las uñas mal perfiladas y con un color de mala calidad que se fue al momento. Tampoco me dieron ni tiempo de elegir el esmalte.. Tuve que decidirme entre 2 colores. No volveré

NO LO RECOMIENDO! me hicieron las uñas en 7 minutos, no quitaron las cutículas, no quitaron los padrastros" llegué a casa y revise mis uñas de los pies y tenía dolor me tocó quitarme a mí los dolorosos padrastros, perdí 50€ es un precio abusivo, lo peor es que solo pedí que me corten y apliquen esmalte trasparente en uñas de manos y solo me cortaron rápido y no limaron bien, me hicieron semipermanente en pies y se perdió porque cómo mencioné me tocó llegar a casa y quitar padrastros 😡😡😡😡Perdí mi dinero solo quieren ganar dinero rápido! 😔😡😡😡

I got my hair done here twice, the person who does my highlights is a legend because he’s simply readily available and he’s also super attentive to what I want - overall 10/10 on my hair because it’s just what I need and it’s actually affordable af. Thank you guys 🤍

Customer service was okay but they don't speak English much. The Quality of nail polish isn't great, the nail polishes did not dry properly so they come off easily... and in the end they took on more customers even though the customer seats were full and moved me to a hard bench...

Horrible. The worst nails in my life. Now I’m ready to pay to remove them. These Chinese women don’t speak any English and almost no Spanish. They’ll talk their language during your entire stay there, they’ll talk about you and laugh at you. I told them to speak English since they talk about me so I can understand something. No reaction. I asked her to remove more cuticle, she refused. Then I took her clippers and did it myself. The colour of paint is different from what you choose. Don’t ever go there!

Hoy visité Anna Nails y quedé encantada con el servicio. La atención fue rápida y muy profesional, algo que valoro mucho. En menos de una hora, tenía uñas y pies perfectamente arreglados, un resultado impecable. Además, el ambiente del salón era cómodo y acogedor con vistas al mar. Sin duda, destaca por la eficiencia y la calidad de su trabajo. Recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque un servicio de manicura y pedicura de primera. ¡Volveré seguro! Leider war die Ganzkörpermassage eine echte Enttäuschung, vor allem für die versprochenen 60 Minuten. Die Massagetechniken wirkten unprofessionell, als würden sie von Laien ausgeführt, die wenig Erfahrung in diesem Bereich haben. Leider kann ich diesen Ort nicht empfehlen. Finger weg!

Goed salon met vriendelijke dames. Wij deden eerst de behandeling met de visjes en daarna gelnagels. Het design dat ik wou was niet het makkelijkste. Ik koos voor 3D-achtige strepen in goud. Het eindresultaat is niet perfect maar ben er heel erg blij mee en de styliste deed erg haar best voor het design.

Worst I ever had

I came here twice during my holiday for a wash, blow dry and straightening. They did a fantastic and thorough job and the stylists were both very kind and welcoming. Very reasonably priced at €20 also. I would definitely come back!

Just had a “manicure”. Looks like a child did my nails. Worst manicure I have ever had. Hopefully it was just the one lady and the rest aren’t as bad. But I would save your money and go elsewhere.

The place was Vietnamese 2 years ago and very good fast service and friendly. Now Chinese, unfriendly, don’t even acknowledge your existence when doing a manicure. More interested I. The Radio music with the Moma San doing her embroidery. It’s cheap but not cheerful. Nails are OK but not what I asked for.

I went in with my friend for a pedicure. They were busy, but you do not wait long they have a smooth and steady process. I had a broken nail on my toe, they put a nail on for me and all the rest that goes with a pedicure. This place truly deserves 5 Stars!

I had a pedicure and a full set of nail extensuons with gel. Excellent job of both. Very nice people and I’d recommend them. Just across from Zel Hotel. The man who does massages did a wonderful job of helping my husband’s sore back/shoulder too

Worst waxing ever. They said they do waxing but the girl who did me did not even know the basics of waxing. Wasted 2 hours to get the worst waxing ever and charged 50 euros for it as well. Complained to manager/owner who said do you want to get it done again/ hair remaining? NO.. why would i get myself bruised more. You are not supposed to wax 10 times at same place to get hair out. So i have hair everywhere, have bruises on arms and underarms ,wasted my time and money and destroyed my holiday mood! Avoid this place.

Más de 2h para hacer unas uñas de gel y los precios marcados están mal , ponia 30€ y me cobraron 45€ por tener las uñas más pequeñas. Y también hacían daño. Se ve que la justificación de tardar 2h es porque yo estaba hablando con mi amiga y se ve que fue mi culpa. POCA PROFESIONALIDAD

Had my nails done at the beginning of our holiday. It was also the first time to have my nail done. Great experience and friendly staffs! Well trained and helpful, especially when you are not sure what to do with your first nail appointment. Highly recommended.

Update du 18 août 2023 : j'ai testé le semi-permanent sur les pieds et surtout le salon de coiffure. C'est absolument parfait. J'ai découvert Anna nails il y a plusieurs années. Je n'avais jamais franchi les portes d'un salon de manucure avant, faisant tout moi-même à Paris. Depuis, chaque été, mon rituel consiste à confier mes mains et mes pieds à Anna. Elle a la gentillesse d'utiliser mon vernis et ma couleur mais elle dispose d'un large choix de coloris. Cette année, je lui ai aussi confié mon dos. J'avais une douleur persistante dans le bras et l'épaule. Dès mon arrivée sur l'île, j'étais sur sa table de massage, la douleur s'est envolée. Enfin, par manque de temps, je n'ai pas pu faire mes sourcils avant de partir. Je lui ai donc confié mes sourcils et le résultat est parfait. En résumé, c'est vraiment mon moment bien-être de la journée. Quant aux tarifs, ils sont imbattables. Même si votre hôtel propose des services équivalents, ils ne peuvent pas concurrencer Anna. Allez-y les yeux fermés et offrez-vous un soin.

Aujourd’hui j’ai fait une pédicure chez Anna vraiment j’étais très satisfaite

horrible, me hicieron las uñas en 7 minutos, limaron mal, no quitaron las cutículas, no aplicaron una base antes del esmalte, un esmalte espeso, aplicaron varias capas, nunca se secaron, estaba lleno de burbujas y las esquinas no estaban pintadas.

One star is being generous. I got underarms waxed and there was a lot of hair missed. Girlfriends manicure took 7 minutes to complete and looks like a child did it. Go somewhere else.
